Flatbread has been around since the days of the ancient Egyptians. Traditionally, an unleavened bread made of flour, water and salt. The product is then rolled out flat and cooked, usually in a brick oven. While it originated in ancient Egypt, many cultures have versions of flatbread. From naan in Afghanistan and India to the tortilla in Central and South America, the flatbread has been produced around the globe.

Award-Winning Executive Chef, Debbie Gold, puts a new spin on this ancient bread by adding yeast & honey for a product with more depth of flavor and a delicate texture. Chef prepares three "signature flatbreads" inspired by flavors from Italy to the Southwest...a House-Cured Salmon, Charred Spring Onion and Mozzarella; an Artichoke, Fontina, and Chimichurri; and a Spicy Chipotle Chicken, Toasted Tomatillo Sauce & White Cheddar Cheese "In the Kitchen" at The Red Door Grill.
